StocklotShoes packs women’s footwear stocklots according to product type, size assortment, original packaging, shipment volume, and transport method. Mixed lots, complete size runs, full-container loads, and LCL shipments are confirmed with the buyer before dispatch.
1. Mixed Lots: Efficient Bulk Packing
Mixed lots contain a wide variety of styles and colors, but size runs may be incomplete. Because the assortment is mixed, these lots are usually offered in bulk at competitive prices.
We normally pack mixed footwear in export cartons containing approximately 60 pairs per carton. The final count depends on shoe size, style, and packing method. This format uses container space efficiently and works for both full-container load (FCL) and less-than-container load (LCL) shipments.
2. Complete Size Runs and Original Packaging
Brand-new footwear from cancelled export orders or delayed deliveries may include complete size runs and intact original packaging. Buyers can choose to retain the original boxes and labels where permitted, or request neutral or custom export packing.
Freight is calculated according to the final packed volume, gross weight, destination, and shipping method. Before confirming an order, we provide the carton count, packing dimensions, and estimated shipment volume.
3. Inspection Standards Before Shipping
Before purchasing a stock footwear lot, buyers should receive written confirmation of the product and packing condition. For each lot, we document the following points:
- shoe-box and outer-carton condition;
- left and right shoe matching, including size, color, and sole length;
- surface condition, hardware, oxidation, adhesive condition, and sole bonding;
- whether the assortment is a mixed lot or a complete size run;
- the product grade, production period, quantity, and packing method.
Quotations should be compared on the same basis. We confirm the grade, included services, packing method, shipment volume, and known defects in writing before the order is finalized. Products described as brand new are inspected for issues such as sole separation, oxidation, and mismatched pairs.
4. Information Needed for a Freight Quote
To prepare an accurate product and shipping quotation, please provide your destination country or port, estimated order quantity, target budget per pair, preferred packing method, and whether you require full-container load (FCL) or less-than-container load (LCL) shipping.
