Wholesale Women’s Shoes & Stocklots from China: Buyer’s Guide

StocklotShoes supplies inspected women’s footwear stocklots from China to wholesalers, importers, retailers, and distributors. This guide explains stock types, product condition, order quantities, size assortments, inspection, packing, shipping destinations, and how to request the latest availability.

1What are women’s footwear stocklots?

Women’s footwear stocklots are new shoes released from end-of-season collections, excess e-commerce inventory, cancelled export orders, or factory liquidation stock. Product condition, size assortment, packaging, and available quantity vary by lot, so each batch should be reviewed before purchase. Huidong in Huizhou is a major women’s footwear production center; see this regional footwear industry report.

2What types of women’s shoes are available?

Key items: high heels, loafers, Mary Janes, flat sandals, heeled sandals, boots, and slides.

3What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity depends on the lot, size assortment, and packing method. Many ready-to-ship lots can start from approximately 300 pairs, while larger mixed lots may require a higher quantity. Buyers should confirm the current MOQ and packing details for the selected batch. Read our guide to sourcing wholesale women’s shoes from China.

4Are the shoes new, returned or used?

Although our products are classified as “stock shoes,” they are entirely new—not second-hand or defective. They are brand-new items, matching the quality of the original production orders, and undergo quality inspections before shipment.

5How are the shoes inspected and graded?

Each lot is checked for production period, materials, construction, surface condition, adhesive condition, hardware, size assortment, pair matching, and packaging. Products are then sorted by condition and consistency, with the applicable grade disclosed before shipment. See our complete women’s shoe inspection and grading process.

6What sizes and assortments are included?

Regarding sizes, we offer a range from size 34 (22 cm) to size 40 (25 cm).Browse current shoe stocklots. Our products fall into two categories: “complete sets” and “mixed lots.” “Complete sets” feature a full size run—from the smallest to the largest—with quantities allocated according to customer specifications. “Mixed lots,” on the other hand, consist of a wide variety of styles with sizes mixed together; the specific sizes, quantities, and ratios cannot be controlled, which is why they are priced lower.Wholesale women’s shoe stocklot packing example

7How are bulk shoes packed?

Packing depends on the product type and the buyer’s requirements. Original boxes may be retained where permitted, while neutral bags or custom export packing can reduce volume. In one documented shipment, 60 pairs were packed in an export carton measuring 59 × 45 × 45 cm. Actual dimensions and pair counts vary by shoe size, style, and packing method. See our stocklot packing and shipping guide.

8Which countries can you ship to?

We have served customers in more than 50 countries and work with long-term logistics partners. Our products are particularly well suited to buyers in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Africa and South America.

9How often does the available inventory change?

Our stock inventory changes rapidly because of competitive prices and fast style updates. Long-term partners often use these shoes as traffic-driving products or customer rewards while also working with us on custom-designed models for steady, long-term supply.

10How can buyers request the latest packing list?

Customers can view the styles and quantities currently in stock on our website. Once the products and quantities are confirmed, we issue a packing list and obtain shipping costs based on the chosen packing method and transport mode. After payment, we arrange shipment, track the consignment and provide delivery updates.

11Real Buyer Case: A 300-Pair First Order for Myanmar

This real customer case shows how a first-time buyer selected a women’s shoe stocklot, confirmed packing and inspection, and arranged shipment through a China-based freight station.

1. Select styles and the stock batch

The buyer reviewed current styles on our website and selected a suitable batch. Our team followed up with additional in-stock options so the buyer could compare styles and adjust the selection.

2. Confirm quantity and packing

For the first cooperation, the buyer confirmed 300 pairs. Mixed-lot shoes were packed without retail shoe boxes, protected in bags and placed into export cartons at 60 pairs per carton. The order therefore used five cartons. Multiples of 60 are recommended for easier carton planning and transport.

3. Inspect before shipment

The buyer could review the goods through live video inspection. Buyers may also appoint an independent third party to perform a spot inspection before the cartons are released.

4. Confirm address and payment

Before dispatch, both sides confirmed the receiving address, payment method, final product selection, carton quantity and delivery arrangement.

5. Choose the logistics route

If the buyer has a long-term freight station in China, we deliver the cartons directly to that station. If the buyer has no fixed logistics provider, we can recommend a freight partner, obtain a quotation and arrange shipment.

6. Same-day dispatch

After the 300-pair selection, payment details and receiving instructions were confirmed, the full five-carton order was dispatched on the same day.
